No. EXPRESS is a real estate service provided exclusively by Vanguard Real Estate Ltd., a licensed real estate brokerage in the Province of Manitoba. It is fully owned, operated, and managed by Vanguard Real Estate Ltd.
EXPRESS uses smart systems, streamlined processes, and clearly defined service packages to deliver professional real estate services more efficiently. Instead of offering every seller the same service package, EXPRESS lets you choose the level of support that's right for you. This allows us to reduce unnecessary costs and save time while maintaining professional representation throughout your home sale process.
Once you submit your request, an EXPRESS representative will contact you to arrange a free property evaluation appointment. During the appointment, we will visit your property, review its features, condition, location, and market position, and answer your questions about the EXPRESS selling process.
After the evaluation, you will receive your estimated home value range and the EXPRESS package options your property qualifies for.*

After your free property evaluation, we'll recommend the EXPRESS package that best fits your property, selling goals, and the level of support you're looking for. The final decision is always yours.
No. While many properties qualify for EXPRESS, some homes or selling situations may require a higher level of service and therefore may not be eligible for the EXPRESS model. If your property or situation doesn't qualify, we'll explain why and recommend our Signature service to ensure you receive the level of representation and support your property requires.
If your property or selling situation doesn't qualify for EXPRESS, don't worry—we can still help. We will explain the reason and recommend our Signature service by Vanguard Real Estate Ltd., which offers a more customized approach and a higher level of support for properties that require additional expertise, coordination, or marketing.
Yes. We understand that every home sale is different. If you decide you need additional support, marketing, or services, you can upgrade your EXPRESS package at any time. We will guide you through the process and take care of the required paperwork.
